This week (so far)
Well this week so far has been pretty good. Got in 2 spins 2 rides 2 runs 2 swims and 1 session of weights. I am riding tomorrow (that’s the plan now) and looking to do an LSD run on Sunday and hopefully an easy swim and possible easy slow snowshoe. A little tired and sore so far this week but so HAPPY to be over that dam cold that I am feeling so good just be active again.
Time to get this training groove settled and get in at least 1-2 snowshoes a week. I found this was awesome for my fitness especially for running over the winter last year and I am really getting stoked on doing some more this year.
