Training Setbacks

Hey Everyone
I have been having a few setbacks and just really trying to stay positive despite these.

First off my knee as really bothering me with a bit of tendonitis and I have had a few weeks layoff (from running) and it seems to finally get better!

Then once i started running again another setback.

I was down in las vegas recently I had a spill on my bike and fell on my side and bruised my hip. Who knew it hurt so much when you land on cement! LOL!!! I didn’t just kiss the pavement I had a really down and dirty smooch! My hip is still tight and sore.

It has been over a week and it is the craziest and ugliest looking bruise I have ever had!

If I can ever figure out ho to put a picture up here I will.

Despite these set back I am still getting in a few rides and swims and hope to start up running soon!

I am just trying to stay positive and deal with the big picture and not let these relatively minor setbacks get to me.
