Where I am at
First off sorry for not posting fo a while.
You (I mean me here) get out of the habit and pretty soon weeks go by so i will now do my best to do weekly and hopefully bi-weekly updates
Swimming
It has been a bit hit or miss but over the last 2 months I have increased my freqeuncy and got in some consistency and all is getting good and my interval times for workouts are slowly coming down again
Biking
Returning to form but my hill climbing and big gear work still seems a bit behind where it is normally at at this time of the year.
Runnng
My knee has finally sorted out.(I hope!)
I have been making steady progress and hope to soon see my pace and interval times come down.
Will do some more posts soon
